Many of our clients ask why our steam boxes do not include the head? In Ayurveda, we stress that it is essential not to overheat the head. Therefore we do not generally promote the use of saunas. Our steam boxes isolate the body from the head to avoid unnecessary headaches and mental agitation and other repercussions ?
