Janu Basti

A circle of dough is placed on a the knee. Warm medicated oil is poured into the dough based on the practitioners prescription. Great for balancing Vata Dosha, the basti treatment works to improve blood flow, reduce swelling and alleviate pain.

The treatment will be followed by Nadi Sveda, localised steam treatment.

Cost:

$195 for the first treatment.

$180 for follow up treatments.

Time – 1 hour

For Janu Basti, if the treatment is on both knees the cost will be $265 for the duration of 1.5 hours.
