Christiane Purcell - Yoga therapy 

Christiane has been working alongside Karin for many years. Her yoga therapy is mindfully designed to assess and treat each client based on their individual needs.

Her classes are inspired by her love of classical vinyasa and incorporates postures with breathing techniques, chanting, philosophy and meditation with the aim of integrating body and mind to experience the highest effect of Yoga. She encourages and empowers students on their own personal journey of transformation

Not only is Christiane a yoga therapist, but she is also an Ayurvedic therapist, a Physio, and trained in manual lymphatic drainage. A truly gifted woman ✨
