Bookings are now open for Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultations.

We are thrilled to announce that our student clinic is taking place every Friday from Friday 23rd of January 2026. If you have been curious to explore your health from an Ayurvedic perspective, we would highly recommend that you book an Initial Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation within the student clinic. Initial Consultations are 75- 90 minute assessments during which we will guide you through the story of your imbalances in order to find the root cause and act from there.

You will be given dinacharya, a simple Ayurvedic routine to follow to improve the quality of your day, dietary guidelines based on your constitution, taking into account any imbalances. Ayurvedic recipes rich in taste and spices, advice on the best physical activities for you and many more areas of health and your wellbeing will be covered.

* Discounted at a rate of $49 for an Initial Consultation, all consultations are discussed in full with Karin to ensure each client is provided with the most optimal and personalised treatment program.
