It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the busyness of life… especially in the month of December 🎄 . So, let this blog post be a gentle reminder and your “permission slip” to take care of yourself during this busy time of year 😮💨 .
Take pause each day, and some deep belly breaths. Sit down to eat, and properly chew your meals 🍴 . Take your shoes off at the end of your work day, and walk on the earth, the grass or the beach. And prioritise sleep… preferably lights off by 10pm 😴✨ .
