Kati Basti is a body treatment, unique to Ayurveda whereby a dough dam is placed on the lower back and filled with warm medicated oil. Great for balancing Vata dosha, the basti treatment works to improve blood flow, reduce swelling and alleviate pain. 

Kati Basti may assist in treating sciatica, lower back pain, digestive & menstruation complaints, joint & spinal problems, and is very calming for the mind.

We only offer this course once per year, so be sure not to miss out!
