Are you looking to expand your Ayurvedic treatment offerings? If so, we’d LOVE you to join us for our Kati Basti Therapist Training Course this September 🌸🌼🌱🌻

Kati Basti is a body treatment, unique to Ayurveda whereby a dough dam is placed on the lower back and filled with warm medicated oil. Great for balancing Vata dosha, the basti treatment works to improve blood flow, reduce swelling and alleviate pain. 

Kati Basti may assist in treating sciatica, lower back pain, digestive & menstruation complaints, joint & spinal problems, and is very calming for the mind.

We only offer this course once per year, so be sure not to miss out!

Date: September 11th and 12th, 2025

Time: 9am - 4pm each day

Cost: $900.

Inclusion: Course workbook, chai and snacks.
