Ash gourd juice in Ayurveda is a cooling, hydrating, digestive-soothing tonic used to balance internal heat (Pitta), aid detoxification, support digestion and hydration, reduces anxiety and promote overall wellbeing. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ DIY ๐Ÿ‘‡ Ingredients ๐ŸˆAsh gourd (winter melon) โ€“ 1 cup, peeled and chopped ๐ŸˆCoriander powder โ€“ ยผ to ยฝ teaspoon ๐ŸˆWater โ€“ ยฝ to 1 cup ๐Ÿˆpinch of black pepper l ๐Ÿˆ1 tablespoon of lemon juice Method 1. Peel the ash gourd, remove seeds, and cut into small pieces. 2. Add ash gourd and water to a blender; blend until smooth. 3. Strain 4. Stir in coriander powder and black pepper Enjoy!
