Ash Gourd (Winter Melon) juice Kathryn our Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consutant Course Student was busy in the Lakshmi kitchen preparing different dishes with Ash Gourd, including the juice. Ash gourd juice in Ayurveda is a cooling, hydrating, digestive-soothing tonic used to balance internal heat (Pitta), aid detoxification, support digestion and hydration, reduces anxiety and promote overall wellbeing. ๐๐๐ DIY ๐ Ingredients ๐Ash gourd (winter melon) โ 1 cup, peeled and chopped ๐Coriander powder โ ยผ to ยฝ teaspoon ๐Water โ ยฝ to 1 cup ๐pinch of black pepper l ๐1 tablespoon of lemon juice Method 1. Peel the ash gourd, remove seeds, and cut into small pieces. 2. Add ash gourd and water to a blender; blend until smooth. 3. Strain 4. Stir in coriander powder and black pepper Enjoy!
