Ayurvedic Head Massage Workshop.

We are super excited for our Introductory workshop to Ayurvedic Head Massage this February. 💆💆♀️

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of how to perform an Ayurvedic head massage. You will also learn about different Ayurvedic oils for performing head massage and their benefits.

This workshop is very practical in nature - providing you with guidance and time to practice the massage sequence on each other. Enjoy learning in the relaxing and fun environment at the Lakshmi Ayurveda Academy.
