A super easy slow cooker veggie soup for the week ahead:
Chopped carrot
Celery
Leek
Garlic
Ginger
Bok choy
Sweet potato
Black Pepper
Organic vegetable broth
Himalayan Salt
Bay leaves
Dried Moringa Leaves (omit if not available) or fresh parsley
Olive oil
Add to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours ⏱
