Do you cook with fenugreek seeds or leaves?
As you have seen in our reel yesterday, Fenugreek can be used for constipation relief. Simply soak 1 tsp of fenugreek in a cup of water overnight, and consume the water in the morning on an empty stomach ☀️

Fenugreek is naturally heating and is great to use as an expectorant, treating coughs and also improving appetite. Methi is an excellent digestive aid treating gas, bloating, heaviness and flatulence. Because of its heating nature, it is not advised in bleeding disorders.

Fenugreek is also great for controlling blood sugar levels and cholesterol. Cosmetically it helps to treat eczema and various skin wounds and ailments.

The leaves of the fenugreek shown in the photos is called Kasoori Methi and adds a nice flavour to your mung bean soup and helps improve digestion

Fenugreek can also be used to treat arthritis and other conditions of bodily aches and pains.

Do you use fenugreek? We would love to hear how you use it
