Ayurvedic Consultations with Sam

Sam is one of the Ayurvedic practitioners at Lakshmi Ayurveda. She is a gifted practitioner - we love having her here at the clinic!

What does an Ayurvedic consultation look like? During the consultation your practitioner will assess your medical history, diet and nutrition, lifestyle, all taking into account the mind, body and soul connection. The practitioner will offer advise regarding alterations to any aspects of the above. An Ayurvedic approach aims to identify the root cause of a condition and promote balance within the body and mind.


Sam also performs specialised treatments such as nasya (nasal treatment where oil is applied through the nostrils) and basti (enema) treatment as well as massage.
