Preparing for Pregnancy Workshop
We invite you to join us for a special collaborative workshop
This workshop is suitable for all - those preparing for pregnancy now or in the future, parents, couples, singles, those looking to care for and support pregnant women and couples, and anyone simply curious to learn more.
Nilanthi will be joining us as a deeply compassionate registered professional Integrative Counsellor and Holistic Therapist who is trauma and grief-informed, merging spirituality, ancient wisdom and evidence-based practices to deliver her expertise of over two decades in the field.
Nilanthi will cover psychoeducation around how stress, worry and anxiety can impact you, your baby and your relationships. She will address the importance of inner connection, tapping into inner wisdom and intuition, self-care and self-love, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and finding meaning through various rituals during pregnancy planning. She will also speak about how internal family systems/dynamic and ancestral lineage beliefs impact us in the journey of fertility and future generations. She will guide you on inner journeys of insight and healing as well as provide you with self-empowering tools to take home.
Karin will share her wisdom on the topic of fertility and conscious conception from an Ayurvedic perspective. She will provide practical approaches to improving fertility through Ayurvedic cleansing, bodily purification techniques and Ayurvedic herbs and formulations. She will explain the significance and importance of balancing Vata dosha during pregnancy planning and tips for regulating the menstrual cycle.
