Part of our mission here at Lakshmi Ayurveda Academy is to provide Ayurvedic education to the community. This morning we had the opportunity to spend time with the residents at Alchera Living retirement village
Karin prepared a delicious cake and digestive tea, explaining some Ayurvedic tips to improve digestion ☕️
The residents learned about the Doshas and filled in a dosha questionnaire - they were intrigued to learn about Vata, Pitta and Kapha within their own constitutions. It was wonderful to witness their curiosity about Ayurveda
