Kathryn

With a strong and growing focus on holistic health, my work is increasingly guided by the principles of Ayurveda. In 2025, I completed certifications in Abhyanga Massage and Pinda Sveda, developing hands-on skills in traditional Ayurvedic therapies that support circulation, nervous system balance, and deep relaxation. These treatments allow me to offer nurturing, individualised care that responds to each person’s constitution and current state of wellbeing.

I am continuing my studies with Lakshmi Ayurveda, with a focus on Lifestyle Consultancy. This ongoing learning is strengthening my ability to provide practical, personalised guidance around daily routines, diet, and lifestyle, supporting clients to maintain balance in a sustainable and accessible way.

Alongside this, I bring over two decades of experience teaching yoga, with a personal practice dating back to 1990. I am a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher (Friends in Yoga, 2000) and hold Level I (Beginner) and Level II (Intermediate) certifications in the Iyengar Yoga tradition. My teaching is grounded in alignment, safety, and adaptability, supported by formal training in Anatomy and Physiology, allowing me to tailor practices to suit a wide range of abilities and health needs.

As a Yoga Carer, I offer a calm, compassionate presence and a holistic approach that integrates both Ayurvedic wisdom and yoga. I am attentive to the individual, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel respected and at ease. My intention is to support not only physical comfort, but also emotional and energetic wellbeing, enhancing overall quality of life through thoughtful, personalised care.
