Introduction to Marma Points and Kansa Wand Workshop

Join us for a practical, hands-on workshop focused on key Ayurvedic bodywork tools. In this session, you will learn the location and application of some major Marma points - vital points across the body - and how to use the traditional Kansa Wand for facial and body massage.

This workshop is designed to give you direct practice to gain skills and refine your personal practices or introduce simple techniques for friends or family.
