    Home Remedies for Tired Eyes
Have you looked in the mirror and noticed that your eyes look more tired lately?

If so, here are a few tips you can try to boost the glow ✨ of your eyes.

Rose water  Soak a cotton pad in rose water and place them on the eyes. Lay down and meditate for 10 minutes with the rose water on your eyes.

Shata Dhauta Ghritam  100 times washed ghee. Great for naturally hydrating and complexion promoting. Massage gently into the skin around the eyes.

Face massage  when you add your oil or moisturizer to your face daily, remember to gently massage the lids of the eyes.

Ayurvedic Eyedrops  Two drops in each eye daily in the morning has shown to be effective for many of our clients in helping clean the eyes.

Ghee Incorporate ghee into your cooking. Ghee is known to bring a spark and clarity to the eyes. To improve the whites of your eyes.

Check your diet  Have you been drinking more caffeine or eating anything different lately? Perhaps its time to speak with your practitioner about what foods may be contributing to your fatigue.

Tarpana Eye Treatment: one of our favourite specialty treatments at the clinic. Medicated ghee is poured in to dough placed around the eyes. A bath for the eyeballs!

If you suffer from any eye conditions it is best to speak with your practitioner before implementing any of these recommendations. Booking is available via our website or by calling 0406 810 547.

    Wishing you a great day!
