Professional Development day - Netra Kriya Kalpana

This week the Lakshmi team had a professional development session on Ayurvedic approach to eye health. Ayurveda has so much to offer with its unique treatments described in Netra Kriya Kalpana procedures.

Do you suffer from poor eyesight, dry or puffy eyes, and other eye conditions? Here at the clinic we stress the importance of taking care of our eyes from a young age to prevent degeneration. Ayurveda has a number of treatments, herbs and lifestyle recommendations to nourish and strengthen the eyes.

We are sharing a few recommendations taken from classical Ayurvedic texts but still relevant today.
