🪐🌈 What a beautiful group of students we had for our Shirodhara Training — with some travelling interstate to join us on this journey toward becoming certified Shirodhara therapists. 🌿✨

Having already completed the Abhyanga course as their foundation, it has been incredible to witness everyone stepping into this advanced practice with such confidence, care, precision and refinement.

Over these past 3 days of intensive learning, we watched each student embrace the rhythmic flow of Shirodhara, learning how to maintain the uninterrupted stream of oil that allows for the deepest relaxation and therapeutic experience for the client.

Beyond the techniques, this training was filled with laughter, connection, support and beautiful community spirit. 💛
