Introduction to Nadi Pariksha: Ayurvedic Pulse Examination Workshop 🐍🦢🐸

Join us for an introduction to the ancient art of Nadi Vijnanam (Ayurvedic Pulse Reading). During this hands-on workshop, you will learn the foundations of Ayurvedic pulse examination and explore how pulse assessment can provide insight into health and wellbeing.

Together, we will practise identifying Prakruti (your natural constitution) and Vikruti (current imbalances). Guided by clinic founder Karin, you will learn how to feel your own pulse as well as the pulses of other workshop participants in a supportive and practical learning environment.
