How is your liver doing?

A strong working liver is vital for human health. It is the primary organ involved in the breakdown of every toxic substance your body encounters.

The liver easily gets stressed when eating processed and artifical food, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, environmental factors as well as stress and anger.

Symptoms of a sluggish liver, just to name a few:

- fatigue, brain fog

- water retention, weight fluctuations

- mood swings

- skin irritations, itchy skin

- unusual taste in the mouth

- hormonal imbalance

- pale stool

- nausea

- yellowish or reddish eyes

Do you suffer from any of these?

The liver is such a complex vital organ responsible for so many bodily functions.

The Sanskrit word for liver is “Yakrut”.

Ya means circulation and krut means action. Yakrut is the seat of Pitta (Ranjaka pitta).

Other sites of Ranjaka Pitta are the stomach and spleen.
