Honey and cinnamon is a powerful combination to help with:

  1. Rhinitis and allergies (wonderful to have more spices this time of the year) especially with spring approaching soon.

  4. Promotes heart health and helps to reduce cholesterol

1 tsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
