These are perfect for making your own mung soup or kitchari at home, without the hassle or need of buying each individual spice! We have one with seeds, and one with powdered spices - the perfect combination for a delicious meal!
How to use? Heat 2tsp of ghee or oil in a saucepan, and gently sautee approx. 1-2 tsp of each of the spice mixes, with 1 cup of rinsed Dahl and/ or grain.
Then add 4-6cups water, and cook until soft. Add seasonal vegetables if you like, or eat as is. Garnish with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of LOVE
