Day 1 - Abhyanga therapist course

Today was Day 1 of our Abhyanga Therapist Training Course at the Lakshmi Ayurveda Academy 🙌 

It was such a great start to the course, and we have learnt so much already 🤩 📚 ! We started the morning with some theory ~ learning about the fundamental principles of Ayurveda, and Abhyanga. We then moved on to some practical ~ starting with a grounding sequence, followed by head, neck, shoulders, face and arm massage techniques! 💆🏻♀️

It’s been a full day of learning, but we’re feeling super inspired by the beauty and profound teachings of Abhyanga 😇🙏✨
