Today I had one of our Lakshmi Kansa Wand facial treatments.

What a blissful experience.

During the treatment I was taken back to the early days of the clinic, at the original location in Hamilton Hill (now our retreat centre).

Today it was me lying on our Dhroni (traditional Ayurvedic massage table) receiving a facial treatment from Marta one of our highly skilled Ayurvedic therapists. It really has been a wonderful journey from the early days of Lakshmi Ayurveda to the present day.

I would have never thought this is possible being treated in my own clinic by the most beautiful people. 

A big shoutout to the Lakshmi Ayurveda team, Kelsey, Alice, Nadia, Marta, Petra, Rebecca, Emma, Roberta, Marco and Richelle. You are all amazing.

Ayurveda has changed my life for the better in every way. Experiencing the various healing, cleansing and rejuvenating treatments which aim to restore balance of body, mind and spirit.

A big priority of mine when starting the Lakshmi Clinic was and still is  - We want you to feel good about yourself. We want you to feel beautiful (from very deep inside) and I know for sure Ayurveda can help with this.
