The course will take place over three days at the Lakshmi Ayurveda Academy
This course is great for students and practitioners who would like to learn how to effectively prepare for and provide Pinda Sveda Treatment.
What is Pinda Sveda? Pinda Sveda is a unique Ayurvedic treatment where a medicinal poultice is used to massage the body. It is many of our client’s favourite treatments!
We make the bundles using a variety of ingredients, leaves, and herbs suited to the client’s needs, to encourage deep nourishment. Heat, pressure and oil are applied simultaneously in this treatment and are ideal for strengthening the neuromuscular system, strengthening the soft tissue, joints and muscle, reducing inflammation and is often used in degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis.
What you will learn:
Prerequisites: It is required that you have previous experience in Abhyanga massage. We prefer that you have taken our certified Lakshmi Abhyanga course but will accept students with outside training on a case-by-case basis.
Date: September 13, 14 and 15th, 2023
Cost: $990.
Inclusion: Course workbook, chai and snacks.
Location: Lakshmi Ayurveda in Fremantle.
