The Lakshmi Women’s Wellbeing Tea is a blend of Ayurvedic herbs specifically combined to support overall female wellness.
Amalaki supports the female reproductive system by nourishing the bodily tissues while keeping menstruation regular. The fruit assists in supporting fertility and reproductive health. It is high in vitamin c and helps promote Ojas in immunity and strength.
Shatavari is used in Ayurveda for supporting the reproductive system and promotes the production of breast milk. It also helps to balance hormones and supports the immunity through its high antioxidant levels.
Ashwagandha is one of the most well known Ayurvedic herbs for combatting stress. One of its more unknown benefits is that towards improving fertility and increasing libido.
We have put together our Women’s Wellbeing tea to support the women who walk through the doors at Lakshmi Ayurveda. Many of our clients have experienced relief from various reproductive disorders with Ayurvedic treatment.
