    Also called Shigru or drumstick, the Moringa Tree is recognised for its ability to penetrate into deep levels of the tissue to assists in cleansing and detoxification - it is claimed the plant can assist in curing 300 different diseases

    Shigru is particularly balancing for Kapha and Vata Doshas. Due to its heating nature, anyone experiencing Pitta predominant disorders such as burning sensations, gastritis and sensitivity in the stomach should avoid using Moringa excessively.
