Are you interested in renting out our retreat centre on a short-term lease?
We are looking to rent our 3 bedroom retreat centre in Hamilton Hill, just a short 10-15 minute walk to South Beach
The house has basic and simple furnishing with a bit of room if you want to bring some furniture. You will have full access to the house, kitchen and living area.
We require someone who is looking to live in a quiet space, no drugs and partying.
The lease is 1-3 months initially with the potential to extend. Suitable for FIFO, singles, couples or a small family. The cost is $650 per week, bills included. Wifi is not included.
