Why tongue ? cleaning? Throughout the night digestive toxins accumulate in the mouth. Before we consume food or drinks it is best to practice oral health procedures, such as tongue cleaning. Tongue cleaning not only scrapes the toxic buildup on your tongue, but it also stimulates the digestive system and encourages the maintenance of good gut bacteria.
