This is one of our favourite Indian snacks, so delicious 😋.
Semolina cake, in southern India this is called rava kesari (San). It is often made as a religious offering and as a festival sweet.
1 1/2 cups semolina
3/4 cup jaggery or brown sugar
4 tablespoons ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
1-2 tablespoon raisins (if you add 2 tablespoons you can reduce the amount of sugar)
1-2 tablespoon cashew nuts fried
1 cup water
