Ayurvedic qualities of Manjistha
Rasa: Madhura, Tikta, Katu
Virya: Sheeta
Dosha: Great for both Pitta and Kapha Doshas. In excess it can increase Vata dosha but within reasonable use, it should have a tridoshic effect.
Dhatu: Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa
