Ayurvedic Therapist

I discovered Ayurveda 10 years ago but with my busy Parisian lifestyle I did not have much time for myself. After rethinking my future, I decided to leave France to travel around the world. I learned a lot and enriched myself with all my experiences, both positive and negative. I finally learnt to live in the present moment. That’s when I decided to find out more about this traditional medicine, I went to India to train with Gagori and Nikhile at the AITHEIN Ayurveda institute in Goa, at first as a personal goal that developed into a professional one, ending in becoming an Ayurveda Therapist. It is through this journey that I realized the importance of listening to the little voice inside of me, the one we all have but often forget to listen to. I realized the importance of looking after myself, my own health and my own happiness so that I could be the best version of me in order to help other people feel the same way. I came to understand that Ayurveda was the combination of all my passions: nature, cooking, personal development, natural health and yoga. My goal today is to pass on all the benefits that I have received and to treat and guide others with the knowledge of Ayurvedic philosophy and techniques of healing.
