Using a Slow Cooker

An easy and convenient way to prepare a delicious and nourishing soup 🍲

With the winter rainy weather it is time to bring the slow cooker out!

Feeling a lack of cooking motivation? Busy schedule? Sick and at home without energy for cooking? All good reasons to use the slowcooker.

A super easy slow cooker veggie soup for the week ahead:

  • Chopped carrot 🥕
  • Celery
  • Leek
  • Garlic 🧄
  • Ginger
  • Bok choy 🥬
  • Sweet potato 🍠
  • Black Pepper
  • Organic vegetable broth
  • Himalayan Salt 🧂
  • Bay leaves 🍃
  • Dried Moringa Leaves (omit if not available) or fresh parsley
  • Olive oil

Add to the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours ⏱
