    Options for Oil pulling.
    Do you struggle with oil pulling? If so, you’re not alone. We have a number of clients who find the process of oil pulling a challenge. For many it is the texture of the oil, holding oil in the mouth, the flavour etc.

    The good news is that we have various options for oil pulling alternatives. Below are a few of our favourites

      • Auromere Mouthwash - with cleansing Ayurvedic herbs

      • Our homemade mouth gargle.

      • Licorice gargle.

      • Have you tried using a different oil? If you struggle with coconut oil, perhaps try black seed sesame oil instead.


    Other oral health suggestions:

      • Our homemade Tooth powder

      • Natural toothpaste.

      • Soft toothbrush

      • Always use a tongue scraper daily!


    Remember, it is so important that we take care of our oral health first thing in the morning. We accumulate digestive toxins in the mouth throughout the night. Before ingesting any beverages or food we need to clean the mouth to stimulate digestion and to ensure we don’t ingest the accumulated toxins.

    In the autumn and winter months, it is best to use black seed sesame oil. In summer, coconut oil is generally recommended.
