Abhyanga for Relaxation

Yesterday we welcomed professional musician Esfandiar Shahmir to Lakshmi Ayurveda for an Abhyanga oil massage

Esfandiar plays the Persian instruments Ney and Daf – his musical talent and presence on stage is captivating and he composes and performs in a number of bands.

After a week and a half of performances at the Fringe festival, a nourishing full body Abhyanga oil massage was desired for relaxation and neck tension.
