Organic Mung Dahl

We are excited to announce the return of Organic mung dahl to the Lakshmi Shop!

Our mung is 100% ACO certified organic and grown in Australia. The dahl is available in 500gm or 1kg packs, as well as in our popular mung soup

packs.

There are numerous benefits of mung dahl, a few of which we will share with you below. Not only does it assist in correcting our agni

(digestive fire) but it also assists in removing digestive toxins.

High protein content: A great source of protein and fibre that keeps you feeling full! Assists in healthy weight loss and weight management.

Detoxifying: Helps to clear Ama (undigested toxins) from the liver, gallbladder and vascular system.

Mung dahl is easy to digest when pre-soaked and cooked with spices

to aid in optimal digestion. Hing, also called asafoetida, is essential in cooking lentils, as it helps relieve their gaseous qualities.
