Another classical reference from the Ashtanga Hridaya for all the lovers of
Ayurveda.

As always, we stress the importance of taking care of our mental health using Yogic and Ayurvedic practices. By using these practices we can cultivate more of a sattvic nature, better understand our habits, patterns and work through our personal samskaras.
