We are in the Lakshmi kitchen preparing one of the recipes from our EBook 📚 our favourite Ojas drink. The recipe is below 😊 A perfect warm drink to sip as the weather starts to cool down 🍁 🧣 So comforting and nourishing!


10 almonds – blanched skin removed.

5 dates.
1/4 tsp of ginger powder.
1/4 tsp cardamom powder.
1 pinch of cinnamon powder.
200 mls of hot water.


Soak almonds and dates in hot water for a 1-2 hours hours.

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Add this mixture (together with the water) to a pot and bring to the boil, then remove from the heat.

Serve warm.
