A cold day in Perth today. We are looking forward to those Chestnuts.

Chestnuts are warm, sweet and slightly astringent. They are nourishing for the body, boost the immune system (increase Ojas) strengthens the Asthi dhatu (bone tissue), and beneficial for cardiovascular health.

They are perfect on a cold day.

Turn on the oven 🔥

Method
1. Heat the oven to 200C
2. Using a small, sharp knife, cut a cross into the skin of each nut. 🌰
Put the chestnut in a roasting tin and bake until the skins open and the insides are tender, about 30 minutes.
3. Enjoy 😊 , drizzle some ghee over them #delicious
