A beautiful Sunday morning, buckwheat pancake recipe for breakfast.
So easy and so delicious, great for children.
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs of coconut sugar.
Mix all the ingredients into a batter. Add some ghee into a non stick pan, add the batter to make a thin pancake. Serve with maple syrup or honey and a sprinkle of cardamom.
