A beautiful Sunday morning deserves buckwheat pancakes for breakfast.

So easy and so delicious, great for children.


  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs of coconut sugar.

Mix all the ingredients into a batter. Add some ghee into a non stick pan, add the batter to make a thin pancake. Serve with maple syrup or honey and a sprinkle of cardamom.
