Smudge Stick Workshop

You are welcome to join us on Saturday, June 8th 2024 for our homemade smudge stick preparation workshop.

We will provide all the required items to make your own smudge stick - all you have to do is walk through the door!

Smudging and spacial cleansing is a practice used by many traditions around the world. The practice of smudging has been around for centuries, practised by many different cultures, especially a practice by the Native Americans. This workshop is open to everyone. Great for practitioners and massage therapists to cleanse their space throughout the day.

Smudge sticks are bundles of dried herbs, often sage, used in spiritual or cultural ceremonies to cleanse or purify a space. They are believed to clear negative energy and promote positivity.

In this workshop, we will use various herbs to make your smudge stick under the guidance of Karin.
