Introduction to Marma Points for Hands and Feet Workshop
During this workshop we will discuss the major Marma points of both the feet and hands and practice using the Padabhyanga Kansya bowl. An introduction to Ayurvedic Principles will also be discussed during the workshop.
By attending you will gain an understanding to the basics of Marma points for both the feet and hands including massage practice.
